Authorities did not specify what Morgan allegedly did to warrant his arrest.

It is believed to be linked to a police report from earlier this month alleging that Lee, the 95-year-old founder of Marvel Comics, was held up at gunpoint in his home by two men demanding money.

Lee has been the subject of a number of stories recently indicating that past associates were involved in a struggle for control of his entertainment empire.

His net worth is estimated to be somewhere between $50million and $70million.

The man who is credited with creating comic characters like Spider-Man, Black Panther, Iron Man, X-Men, and Fantastic Four is reported to be experiencing declining health.

Lee’s wife of 70 years, Joan, passed away in July of last year.

Lee’s former publicist who then became a caretaker, Jerry Olivarez, and Lee’s former road manager, Max Anderson, are also said to be trying to get their hands on Lee’s riches.

Last week, Lee posted a 45-second video on social media saying that Morgan was the only person he entrusted to represent him.

‘It has come to my attention that many people contact other companies or other people trying to get in touch with me,’ he said.

‘I just want to go on the record as saying I have only one partner, only one person that represents me and that’s Keya Morgan.

‘Anybody else who claims to be my rep is just making that story up. I just want to put it on the record.

‘If you want me, call me, if you can’t get me, call Morgan.

‘The two of us are working together and conquering the world side-by-side.’

In February, Lee had accused his daughter, Morgan, and others with attempting to ‘gain control over my assets, property, and money.’

But a short time after the report, Lee posted another video on Twitter saying that the document he signed which contained the allegations was ‘misleading’ and ‘insulting,’ saying that ‘my relationship with my daughter has never been better.’
